So the thing is I logged into my account ( using the email & password ) on another device, and I’ve been seeing some activity and chats, so I tried logging out from all devices button, and it didn’t work, tried changing password and it didn’t work!
Searched for a way to reach out to customer support - other than the simple chat bot - and there is no way to do that.
If you’ve already sent a support request (https://help.openai.com/), the best thing to do in the meantime is to make sure Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled for extra security. Hopefully, support gets back to you soon!
I couldn’t find a way to send a support request, there is only that stupid chatbot, and I do have 2FA on, but that doesn’t log other devices from the account.
