Logging out of all open logins

Hey,

I have noticed someone else is using my OpenAI account with username / pw login setup.

I’ve logged out of all systems, changed password and enabled MFA and I am still seeing that it is being used. And when I checked from my second phone, my login was still intact as well, I never got kicked out from log out of all.

How is it possible that after PW change, logging out of all platforms and MFA enablement, I can login from my phone without anything being triggered? Does the option even work?

No for real. I think right now the main issue is the ios logout I waited a day to see if it would kick off my Iphone and I am still logged in. Can someone fix this???
