Keep getting logged out. I tried with muliple browsers and even in incognito.. Something is wrong with my account. I have both PRO and TEAMS on my account
I cant access my account at all. It keeps logging me out. here is the error I get
“Your session has expired
Please log in again to continue using the app.”
No matter how many times I log in and verify it loggs me out and I even changed my password but it still loggs me out of both desktop and mobile. I tried deleting my cookies, using incognito and everything.
There is something wrong with my account or the system .
When I try to log in to platform.openai.com I get a different error. I get:
“Your authentication token has been invalidated. Please try signing in again.”
At this point I dont know what to do or who to talk to. As a PRO user we should have better support. Also as a TEAMS user with multple users for enterprise we should have better support access. Its a good thing I pay for Claude too but this is not ok.
