I haven’t been able to log into Codex desktop, despite having Advanced Account Security set up. I haven’t heard anything back from customer support. Codex is verifying an old phone number that is no longer active. Either way, shouldn’t this have been disabled with the AAS enrollment?
Am I just totally banned from codex? There has to be a work around.
I appreciate the warm welcome. Support did just follow up with me through email. They’ve acknowledged that they are aware of the issue, and that I can try logging in again as it has been resolved on their end.
Still no luck gaining access unfortunately. I’m still being prompted to verify the nonworking phone number by text or whatsapp. But I am confident it’ll be fixed soon.
Still no luck… I am still hitting the phone OTP page. I’ve even deleted both apps from my desktop and redownloaded. ChatGPT does the AAS authentication but when i go to codex it does this.
Any other suggestions? I can’t even make an account for codex independently because then I hit the too many attempts error.
