Hello there i cant loging since the 28th of may as everytime it asks for the sms otp
and i dotn recive any when i click resend i got chatgpt error_code: rate_limit_exceeded otp
i tried another browser and so on and the limit gonna end soon and i want to use it before
any help ?

The login verification article explains that OpenAI may ask for an additional verification step when logging in, especially from a new/unrecognized device or location. It also says that if verification has issues, you may need to use another available method or contact Support.
Since you’re seeing rate_limit_exceeded_otp, I would stop retrying/resending for now and wait before trying again. The login troubleshooting doc also notes that multiple failed attempts can trigger temporary restrictions.
If the SMS OTP still does not arrive after waiting, this likely needs account-side help from OpenAI Support. Include the exact error code, phone country, screenshots, date/time of attempts and that the SMS OTP is not arriving.
