Limits don't Reset even after Reset deadline :(

I bought the 5x Pro account April 24, got hit with a limit on April 25 for the Pro model that would reset April 29. Now I’m here and despite not using it once got hit with a new limit.
Is anyone else dealing with this?

Yeah that definitely sounds frustrating, especially if you haven’t even used it since the last reset.

Could you please create a support ticket and share the relevant details (dates, limits you saw, etc.)? This likely needs an account-level investigation, and they’re the best ones to sort it out.

I think the reset had a specific time to it based on when I hit my last limit, because during the evening of the 29th it worked.

I don’t know why the limit went away when the days changed, but it doesn’t seem like a serious bug.
