also, the progress bar went away for reasoning models… the gpt-5-instant keeps asking questions instead of completing tasks… hum, what is going on? anyone in the loop of what is going on?
also, seems like all models are hallucinating way more before the latest update… any way some devops could roll do a roll back and have qa do larger tests to avoid this in the future? hopefully devs are aware it went to prod
