This is nuts… many of us have paid and been with OpenAI/chatgpt from the beginning… this slowness, erroring out, not providing response after 30sec, my gpt telling me that it will have it ready in x-y minutes 
…. This is just unacceptable. I have had to pay and use Claude as an alternative, in addition to paying you. My GPT can’t even reference previous conversations properly, AND is no longer storing memory to the central memory… even after deleting some memory. No offense, but the engineer (s) and/or architects that decided to do this…. Hun, you need to hire someone else, or fix what you have done.

I completely agree. Things should be revised for the better, not made worse like they are now. 4o even told me it would send me a completely new installation .exe file for my project — and just for fun, I played along and said, ‘Of course, if you can do that, go ahead and send me a whole new installation!’ It replied, ‘Wait 15 minutes and I’ll send you the new program file.’ I waited for at least 24 hours and then asked, ‘When will the installation file arrive?’ It just laughed at me and said, 'Just wait another 15 minutes and it will come. ^^

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m glad I’m not the only one that is noticing these serious setbacks/changes. Things like this set back so many projects and dev sessions… I hope it doesn’t take more people to point out these recent odd behaviors from Chat GPT before they realize the extent of damage and setbacks that they have caused.

The worst part is, seemingly all models are affected.
No matter what the task is: coding, improving texts or image generation, either I am suddenly unable to write prompts or chatGpt is currently rather useless.
