Issue with Voice Function in ChatGPT (TTS)

Hello!

Since October, I’ve encountered an issue when using the voice function in ChatGPT. Whenever I try to have text read aloud, the application displays the message “Sorry, something went wrong.” This error occurs every time I attempt to use this feature, and despite the problem persisting for some time, I haven’t found any information about it in open sources.

The issue is observed across different devices and platforms: I have tried using the voice function on the web version of ChatGPT on Windows and the mobile app on Android, using different accounts as well. Unfortunately, the result remains the same. I am attaching screenshots of the error message for clarity.

I reside in Moldova, which might be relevant information in case the problem has a regional component.

I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this situation or any information on potential solutions.

I am also having the exact same issue. For three or four days now. On the Android app, I cannot get it to read anything aloud. However, when I turn on the voice and tell it to recite the information it will read it aloud. On the other hand, using my phone on the website, I can get it to read out loud, but the voice does not work.
