I’m experiencing a problem when trying to use the o1 Mini Model or o1 Model. I keep getting this error: “Something went wrong. If this issue persists, please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.”
Here’s what I’ve tried so far, all on the same computer and network:
Completely uninstalled Google Chrome, reinstalled, and tried again – still the same error.
Tried using Incognito mode – same error.
Installed and tried a fresh browser (Firefox) – same error.
I then tried using another computer on the same network, and it worked without any issues, i can use all models and they work normally
Any suggestions on how I can resolve this on my main computer? Thanks in advance for your help
It’s strange because, in my case, the issue also appeared shortly after starting a fresh subscription (the problem occurred after just a few hours).
Here’s what I’ve tried:
Logged into another ChatGPT Plus account on the same computer and network – everything works perfectly.
Logged into the problematic ChatGPT account using a different network – everything works fine.
Logged into the problematic account on another computer but on the same network – again, no issues.
It seems like the problem is isolated to the combination of my account, my computer, and the original network.
Additionally, on the Android mobile app (updated to the latest version), I don’t even have the option to switch between the different models. I tried reinstalling the app, but it didn’t make any difference.
