I am reminded of an issue that has happened before: a billing backend error that does not properly retrieve your account balance.
And then the recharge feature goes haywire, rapidly charging your card.
It doesn’t help that the actual “received” payment date is faked in that credit grant screen you show us. That could be you making regular payments throughout the month on many days, but you get false data now when viewing your info.
Hopefully this was you manually adding payments, and not that symptom rearing its head again, which is enough to remind all to never trust “recharge” again.
However, purchase of credits will not pay any outstanding balance, such as an account that was truly run negative. (Plus, your daily usage of about $5 would have to have been unstopped, not shut off, and unlimited by being negative for weeks to accumulate such a negative balance.)
So one can’t tell at all the usage and what you actually paid from the poor accounting interface.
However, to pay off a true negative balance (from overage before and without shutoff), you will need to go to monthly invoices, receive a monthly overage bill, and pay that amount directly in the user interface there with a separate card payment, not by purchasing credits.
Hopefully that is all it is - just looking in the wrong place to pay an outstanding “negative”, and not all those new credit purchases going nowhere uncredited.

(edit: that is not all it is - it is indeed a major platform issue that is ongoing hours later without resolution or official comment, affecting many accounts and indeed causing refresh charges against a payment method)
