I am curios if GPT will ever give me something, I want to be patient like it asked me to be but will the request time out?

Your issue is that you are using GPT-3.5 not GPT-4 only GPT-4 can create images.

I guess I failed to show the first question above the map where I simply asked Gpt3.5 if it would enhance an old map i had and it said it would try haha.
So is that basically like a dead end prompt, or is it ever going to tell me that it cant? Just fascinated with this stuff 
Yeah, its a dead end prompt you can try with GPT-4 and see how it does.
