Hello,
I am experiencing an issue after being invited to a client’s organization and project on the OpenAI API Platform. My client has confirmed that I’ve been added as a member to the project.
However, when I log in to the platform:

I see the organization name, but I don’t see any projects listed.

The “Start building” tab appears on the right, as if I don’t belong to any project.

The API Reference section lags or freezes, making it impossible to access API documentation or features.

I’ve tried standard troubleshooting: logging out, clearing browser cache, using incognito/private window, switching browsers/devices, and disabling VPNs and extensions.

My client confirms I should have access, and I’m logged in with the correct email.
I’m worried this might delay important deliverables for the client. Has anyone had a similar issue?
