Our ChatGPT Business workspace has two interacting retrieval failures: chat-history search does not return known conversations even for exact unique terms, and previously open conversation URLs sometimes redirect to the blank home page. The failures make retained conversations effectively inaccessible. They reproduce across browsers and are not resolved by clearing site data.
