For the past two days, the Temporary Chat feature has been completely unusable because the input box disappears, preventing any messages from being sent. This issue persists across different browsers and devices.

We are paying a significant amount for this service, yet fundamental features like the chat input box are breaking without any apparent quality control. How is it possible that a platform with literally just a few core functionalities keeps experiencing issues? Are there no unit tests or proper testing procedures before updates go live?

I am experiencing the same issue. Chat’s suggestions did not help and nobody is replying to the help center chat.
