Image creations not being displayed or able to download

The images chatgpt produces are not being displayed, instead there is just a big grey box where the image should be. Also you cannot download the produced image/grey box. Any ideas? Ive asked for a download link to the produced image and the link doesn’t display either.

The same thing is happening to me too; maybe ChatGPT is affected in the UK since I haven’t found any reports about it in other places. I’m in Liverpool

I am in the US and I get the same thing since yesterday. I have done all of the troubleshooting steps and this happens on all the browsers I use.

Same problem here. No matter which browser or if in Incognito Mode.

It still works on the ChatGPT app on iPad, even when opening the same conversation that shows the blank image in the browser.

Im having the same problem, however I noticed that the images are working on the Android App. (so I just copied the images from my phone to the PC.)

Exactly the same issue but looks like nobody cares at OpenAI about this problem. We don’t have any response yet.

Used this https://help.openai.com to report dalle is not displaying images. After i add screens and type details about how DALL-E-3 do not generate images and got black screen on multiple chats, the chat close immediately and do not save my text with the feedback, at least saved the pictures…
I didn’t see bug reporting in the options, or I was in a wrong section?

Added images, maybe it will help to fix it quick

It seemed like the problem was resolved, but it has returned again. It appears to be intermittent.

I requested an image, it was created, I asked for a second one and the problem occurred again. The layout is enlarged and gray, with no result.

I tried to view the image that previously appeared fine, and nothing, that too seems to have disappeared.

Yep, same problem for me started yesterday and persists. I’m in the US, and ran through all of the trouble shooting steps with no luck.
Works fine on mobile app, however, which typically works much better in general.

Try some basic trouble shooting by disabling and VPN or proxy, and/or try another browser, preferable one freshly installed. I’ve just tested the image generation and it seems to be fine.

Still down for me in Ireland, only noticed the issue a few hours ago.

Still a problem in the US.

Crucial feature (one of the main reasons I got the Plus subscription) stopped working for days, customer support non-existent. Cancelling my subscription if not fixed in 3 days and will advise others to do the same. This is unacceptable.

Makes no difference. Maybe it’s another instance of OpenAI simply being incompetent at implementing web-based systems, especially ones that are compatible with browser versions that are “older” than 3 hours.
