It’s strange because my business is already verified, and I’ve already published my ChatGPT app. Now I’m publishing an update (with simple changes to the tool descriptions), and I’m getting this error. I’m stuck.

This looks very similar to another recent topic from 13 days ago, where both Individual and Business verification showed as approved, but the app submission flow still said verification was required.
I shared a relevant OpenAI article there in that topic, so if you want, you can take a look at it and see if there’s something that might help:
If your org/project/app are definitely correct and the business verification shows approved, this may be the same verification-state sync/backend issue. In that case I’d recommend you to contact support and open a support case.

same here. app submissions were failing all day yesterday and now getting this business validation error. pretty odd to have so many problems for so long.
