I am enrolled for complimentary tokens for a long enough time:

I don’t have any OpenAI API keys outside of these three projects. So, I should receive complimentary tokens.

Here is my token usage data:

(Before 27 Sep, I didn’t use a significant amount of tokens.)
76,723 tokens in a single day. I didn’t use more than 10M tokens (I use gpt-5-mini only), why was my balance charged instead of billing only complimentary tokens?
