After adding to credit balance, I'm still recieving the 'You've reached your usage limit...' Help!

Recently topped up playground balance. I’m still recieving the ‘You’ve reached your usage limit…’

I’ve done litteraly all I could think of.
Cleared cache, tried different browsers, even topped up again to make sure balance was not glitched. It’s positive with $26.

I’ve never had this issue before. Credits added would always be usable right away.

I’m at the $5k tier and am nowhere close to that (wouldn’t be now that its december anyways). I’m really hoping this is an internal processing error.

Anyone have a clue?
