I contacted support via chatbox but they dont care they just send me official article about rat elimits exceeded conditions. This is not true I never used my 10 usd budget and there is a bug coming from 2023 and still exists.I cant believe this how this is not solved still. It sounds like you also may have purchased an initial API credit but the account wasn’t set up correctly.
The “help” first line of defense is a bot that doesn’t know that a 429 means that your account doesn’t have sufficient funds or those funds aren’t working. The correct message is “action needed: organization purchased credits but account was not activated for services.”
That is, providing that is true that you just recently added a payment method, went through with purchasing credits, and see your new credit balance under “billing”. (I don’t know what “bug from 2023” would mean.)

The “will cost you” self-service would be to give it another $5, which just worked for someone that experienced the same issue of the organization not being initially turned on.
The “wait for slow support, that hopefully isn’t more AI” is the other.
