I have tried to hit chatgpt api from my code and its returing 429- too many request error

i have created a new account and verified with a new number but then also i am getting the same error 429. i want to know about the “quota has expired”- is this appears for new account also

Have you added credits to your account?
You must have a minimum balance of USD 5 in order to start using the API. You can update your payment method and add credit under Settings > Billing on the developer platform.

okay i have used free account is that not sufficient

Unfortunately, OpenAI has discontinued free credits and as such you first need to add own funds.
