I have problems with chatgpt 4o, I have the paid one but it doesn’t read the pdfs or the images. I already deleted the cache and also the cookies but I still get the same error

Same issue I have met. I can upload the PDF and image to GPT at window web version, but GPT can’t read them. I have tried it at ipad, it can work. Maybe apple products can work.

I have tried to send evidence by email to support but nothing. The funniest thing is that with a free account it does read the pdfs and images but with my paid account it doesn’t.

Yeah, I tried it on a new free account, which result as you said. This issue seems be solved just now, ChatGPT can read my uploaded PDFs and images now.
