ChatGPT-4o not working on upload or create images

I’m experiencing an issue with GPT-4 where image and PDF requests are rejected when using the browser version of GPT-4. However, when I log into the same account on the mobile app, both image and PDF generation work as expected.

I am facing this issue since yesterday too. I have raised multiple support ticket by going to Billing details and raising via the bot on the FAQ page. But they just come back with standard procedure like clear cache, try different browser and blah blah… but no solution yet.

Try the Android app for now. It seems to work fine.
