I have been getting error msg's trying to create a gpt

I keep getting various errors when trying to create my own GPT. The most common is “no config for gizmo”, but I am also getting “unable to upload file” and “this GPT does not have a configuration set”. I have cleared caches and all that; tried in another browser. Can someone help me?

Also getting this, getting various 404 errors on exists GPT’s as well

Does anyone have any clues on what I can do? It has been over 24 hours. Are there any steps to take to fix this
