Creating a GPT and receiving an error

I am creating a GPT and the final output would be a jpg file for download. Two things happen when I try to test, 1st I get an error when I click on the download link to download the file with the message “File not found” and secondly when I try to troubleshoot in the GPT builder screen, I get another error message consistently saying: “An error occurred connecting to the worker. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.”
