"Not Found" Error in GPT on phones

I have a pretty basic GPT - not accessing any actions, documents, etc. But it keeps producing an error “Not Found” with an orange button that says “Retry.” Any sense of why I’m receiving this error and how to fix it? I’ve tried rebuilding the GPT. Gave it a screenshot of the error and asked it to fix it. Nothing…
