Many errors trying to refine or even create GPTs for the store

Anyone else getting this? Last night I couldn’t refine a GPT I’d already built. Today I’m getting errors even trying to define a new GPT.

I keep getting…
“It seems we’re encountering a technical issue with updating the behavior.”

Facing the same issue. Unable to test the newly added actions in the GPT I created before

If we can’t refine, or give a detailed description up front, then the builder is basically useless.
