I have all the requirements to reach tier 2 but I am still tier 1.
I made a payment of $100 on January 22nd.

I can’t raise my usage limits above 120 because it tells me: This budget exceeds your $120.00 usage limit.

What should I do to unlock tier 2?

I have just found the way to unlock it, I made a payment of $10 and immediately moved to tier 3
