On all my devices the problem is when I login on another account it works perfectly and I generate videos as well; but the problem is only on my paid pro subscription; I hope if someone can help me;
I am having the same problem, it just started. And now I can’t generate anything at all. I am on a pro account. I tried a different browser with no change.
Me too I tried all the solutions 
hopefully the team will see this thread and help us out

Yea we hope they will see it and fix our issue
I am a Pro Plan user and have been experiencing the same problem since earlier this afternoon. I cannot create any videos (all return that error) and most of the time I also get the error on the Recent/Featured videos feed.

There’s probably going to be some bumps as OpenAI works on implementing Teams for Sora. Hold tight folks

I have tried different image formats, sizing, only text, storyboard, no storyboard, as well as different browsers, logging out and logging back in.
It would be nice if there was notice though. I think we can all move along with the bumps if they keep us informed, so I don’t spend time trying to troubleshoot something that is potentially on their end.

Agreed. Historically it just never works this way 
Got the same error (on the pro plan), it’s really frustrating.
