I get the error "Unable to load history"

I get the error “Unable to load history”. Don’t write garbage suggestions for solving this error! Where is the technical support team here?

Same here. Tried re-login but still the same. Everything works like normal on mobile app though.

same here. tried clearing the cache, tried vpn, different browser, phone app works fine, hotspot from phone doesn’t work either when on a computer.

Do you have the NordVPN desktop app installed? I had the same issue for hours now and just realized, that the web protection of the NordVPN app blocked something. After I turned it off, the history did load without having problems.

no. i don’t use vpn. no suggestion for this problem works. the mobile app has a similar problem. old prompts cannot be deleted or archived. i cannot access the archive.

the ‘Unable to load history’ still exists. Does sb know when this issue will be fixed? or how to fix it on our side?

the problem has been solved. i think the technical team worked on it and finally managed to solve the problem. as far as i understand this error cannot be solved by the user. only technical support can solve the problem. thanks.
