Why can’t my account upload documents (images are fine)?
I tested my friend’s account on the same hardware, software, and network environment.
As a result, only my account has this problem!
I tried clearing all cookies from Safari, but to no avail.
I am dealing with this problem too! It is only happening on my Team workspace. When I switch to my personal account, it works without fail. Very frustrating!
When I asked the gpt team, they kept saying there is no outrage, and couldn’t provide any useful way to solve the problem. Glad to see there are so many people have the same problem.
They say there’s a 10G quota per user, but it’s usually not more than someone using more than that limit. But when I asked if I had exceeded it, they said they didn’t know
Same, the zip file does upload, but it no longer is able to identify a lot of the key information I need from it. I’ll need a solution to this for it to be worthwhile for me to retain my subscription.
Yeah it has always had problems like this for me. On my latest attempt, it accepted 2 .md files, and then accepted 3 .txt files, and then refused 5 more .txt files of the same type. It makes no sense which files are rejected and which can upload.
(Oh, but I’m talking about making a Custom GPT, which is maybe a different issue)
