I can’t log in normally, please help

Hello, after I used my iphone to log in to chat gpt yesterday, this paragraph appeared when I wanted to log in on the computer version, but no matter how I switch, I can’t log in normally, please help. There is a video, please refer to the attachment

Have you managed to solve the issue? I am having the same problem. When logging in through Google, I get a pop-up telling me to SELECT A WORKSPACE from two identical workspaces and shows You’ve been added to the workspaces. You can switch between workspaces at any time.
No matter what workspace I choose, it loads the page again, showing the same pop-up.

L.E. I’ve tried with Chrome, Firefox, normal and incognito, no VPN, cleared cookies, cache, history, issue persists

I tried clearing cookies, to login again, and tried another browser - So, I can imagine they are doing something, which just means we should wait this out… Annoying as it seems :slight_smile:

I have the same trouble today. How much time does it usually take to get some help from the support and maintenance team?

When I tried to contact support team, it said “a weeks waiting time”, but lets see if this doesn’t fix itself before going on that journey!

Cleaning caches and trying different browsers did not help, the phone appworks, but the browser does not. It gets stuck on this screen
