I bought credit on OpenAI but it didn't arrive in my account

First of all, sorry if I do any mistake while writing, because english isn’t my first languague.

But okay, the problem is: I bought credit of 5$ on OpenAI to use in my account, and the credit was discounted from my bank, but the credit isn’t appearing on my account, almost if I didn’t bought the credit. Is this a common bug, or a common situation? Please, I really need help.
