Has anyone in the UK got the Memory feature?
Do I need to upgrade y account to Teams for it?
Has anyone had sporadic access like me where it appeared for a day and then dissapeared?

It’s learning from your conversation or what Chat thinks its extremely important that can make answering your questions much easier in the future. For example lets say you have issue explanation been to hard to understand and you want certain things to be explained to you like a high school student. The system will create a memory and save it sever side. Sometimes you will see them and sometimes you will. But depending on the topic and what you ask and how you want things to be explained to you its learning the way things or topics ect.
I have an option called Memory in my settings panel, that allowed me to see the memories so i could edit that. Both this window, the option and memory functionality have now dissappeared, Im a UK user.
Got it, i wonder if you can trick it into getting it back by asking it to memories certain styles of ways you would like things explained. Try logging out and back in and clear cookies on browser, if not delete app restart the phone and re-download it and log in and see if it pops up? Since they rolled out in the background a sever side update, maybe that’s what’s holding it up?
Yes I’m in the UK and I have received the personalisation option in my settings about 3 months ago, it worked for about 1.5 months, used it for remembering monthly payments and totals, shopping lists, and other little bits here and there. But all of a sudden my memories are still there, but in text chat it does not know anything about my memories nor does it make new entries. It does still work in Voice mode.

I’m in the UK too and noticed the same thing. I had the Memory feature show up for a brief period, but then it disappeared just like yours. I haven’t upgraded to Teams or made any account changes. It seems like it might be a temporary rollout issue or a feature still being tested. Hopefully, it’ll be back soon. Let me know if you find out more about it!

I really appreciate your reply because it is correct and it helped. I do have memories on the voice app. Just not on website or desktop. I see no option in setting son the voice apt but if I ask it about memories I get access to a panel that lets me delete or update them.
It did forget my memories from 2 weeks ago, but that is ok, it remembers the new ones.
