I recently purchased the ChatGPT Plus subscription, and the payment was successfully processed . However, my account still shows as a free user and doesn’t reflect the Plus membership.
I have already tried logging out and back in, refreshing my account, and checking on different devices, but the issue persists.
Could you please help me activate the Plus subscription on my account or let me know the next steps to resolve this?
