I added a credit card in the billing section, it charged me $5.00, and I still cannot use the API due to insufficient credits

How can I fix this? I added my credit card info. It charged me $5.00. And it still says I need to upgrade my account to a paid account.

The same thing happened to me (on 13 April 2023), I tried to contact support but they don’t respond to my message.
I also asked my bank to revert the transaction, but they said they can’t, it must be from the merchant.

I had a similar issue. I coded a python code for using the API, I have premium API but it shows “Rate limit exceeded: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.”
