I have zero usage data since April 7
I have added 2000 credits in the past 48 hours and they are gone in 30 minutes to an hour
I am charged, but sometimes they disappear after a refresh that says I have more than 600 left
I have contacted support, but they have put it down to my usage: I could accept that and calibrate for cost if I had any data about my usage, but I don’t.
I need some clarity on my usage and this feels chaotic and opaque. I tried to sign up with my email address associated with my ChatGPT account - but it kept saying I was not able to access the associated resource.
Support have not been helpful - I ask specific questions and just keep getting the same response. Why has my usage not been updated since April 7? How do I know how quickly I am using my credits if they just seem to evaporate from my account?
