Hi guys! I have 10$ grant in API. But my balance is now -0.01$. How to switch to credit grant usage. Liek it says available and says 10$ but I can’t switch to using it. Can anyone help
Any available balance you have is automatically used, in order of soonest expiration date.
You might investigate your understanding of “have”, to see if your assumed balance expired after a year or similar, by looking at the individual line items of payments you have made:

Ensure you are selecting the correct organization at upper-left where you have set up billing and made a prepayment.
An individual amount $3.33/$10 means you have $3.33 remaining, which should also show as your “credit” when all are added at the main billing overview.
