Hi, I’ve met the Tier 2 criteria but my account hasn’t been upgraded. The RPM limit is making the API useless for me. Do you know why my account isn’t being upgraded?

I assume you meet both criteria for Tier 2? $50 paid and 7+ days since first successful payment We have anecdotal evidence that it may take a few days to upgrade. If you don’t see any change in the next couple of days, you should reach out with a message via the OpenAI chat support function.
