How to login in openai.com webpage (browser) when previously authenticated with text message?

I signed up for this forum previously and authenticated with text message to my mobile phone.
Obviously it was successful.

Now I want to login to openai.com web page in Chrome browser (on Windows). After entering the same login email and same password as here in forum the openai server tells me:

" Oops!
You tried signing in as “[my email]” using a password, which is not the authentication method you used during sign up. Try again using the authentication method you used during sign up."

Whats wrong?

How can I login into openai.com website with my account here?

You might need choose one of the authentication option buttons for Google, Apple, or Microsoft if you used those services specifically when signing up, or type in your full email and password instead.
