How to get OpenAI to reply to Dev API support Tickets

Hi anyone in here able to get a reply from OpenAI support? Ive an open urgent ticket/message logged 3 months ago that is being ignored. It relates to a crtical security issue on my API account - so far they have just posted some nonsense. Appreciate this is just the forum but out of ideas. Moving clients to a different LLM but cant move them all thanks
