but only blank web page shown.
Any suggestion for this?

This looks like you have been removed from an organisation you were part of, you can reach out to help.openai.com and use the bot in the bottom right corner to have this looked into, but the developer forum is not a support channel for account issues.
An account normally has its own organization. It can be selected and is shown below your user name in the upper right account menu.
One alarming possibility is that someone has accessed your account, invited themselves to be owner of your organization, and removed you. The organization system allows such poorly-thought security breaches.
