Short answer: GPT-4
If you are referring to Plug-ins for ChatGPT then all users will be using the plug-in model variant which is based on GPT-4.
If you are referring to GPT actions based on the feature previously called plug-ins then all users will be using GPT-4. They don’t have a choice to use another model variant.
What’s the exact variable name for GPT-4?
