How do you contact support to report a bug? Seems impossible

I have a teams subscription to ChatGPT for my business. During the course of using it I have run into a few bugs around accurate parsing and extraction of data from documents.

Firstly, why can’t ChatGPT submit its own bug reports? This would seem to be the best way to do it since all the information is already there.

Secondly when I tried to find a way to submit a bug report it quickly became obvious that OpenAI simply does not want to hear from customers. Most routes to contact support are circular and end up going nowhere. There doesn’t seem to be a formal route and process to reporting bugs suggesting that these reports are not welcome. Telling someone to send an email to support is an indication of this as no serious developer that is interested in user bug reporting would use such a non-prescriptive method to collect useful information.

If OpenAI does not want users to submit bug reports, they can just say so. My issue is that there is a veneer of pretending to welcome support/bug requests but behind that is a circular process actively working to make it as difficult as possible.

What am I missing?
