I need to remove tools from my chat so I can use it anytime, I hate having to wait with no access to chatgpt-3.5 either.

I have the same issue. I installed AIPRM plugin when GPT was still in early stages. Eventually, the plugin became useless, but since it was harmless (except for cluttering the screen), I decided to ignore it. Now, essentially, a random 3rd party is trying to strong arm me into paying for a free product that they do not own. I really need help with this. Everywhere I went, the tips say to go into settings → beta features → plugins, but the product is no longer in beta and that option is no longer found in the settings, so I am stuck with an obsolete addon that disables my chat like it owns the thing. Please help
