How do I get my API back?

Hi there,

After a thorough investigation, we have determined that you or a member of your organization are using the OpenAI API in ways that violate our policies.

I received this mail in Feb, 2023. Maybe I used a VPN occasionally in my working time. But I am indeed located in the US. So I need to find my API right back, please help me !

I have visited that page, but there is nothing except FAQ. So where can I send my request ?
