How can I contact support as a Plus customer?

Hi, I’m paying $21.60 per month for access to GPT-4. However for some days now every GPT-4 prompt times out, going worse from just stopping mid-sentece like still last week. GPT-3.5 works fine.

Despite several attempts to find a contact address to OpenAI support, neither the documentation or portal offers any way of doing that. Seriously - “something really went wrong”!
