How can I contact OpenAI support?

Hello, I have been trying to get ahold of OpenAI every day for at least a week usually about in the middle of the day (PST)ā€¦ No one is answering my support messages and I really need to contact OpenAI about a billing issue. Is there an email or some other way I can contact OpenAI? Thank you.

Same - Billing issue but no clear way to contact support about such a sensitive matter that cannot be discussed in an open forum or discord group.

there is no support team or that they so suck in what they DO(not do!!!)!!!
