"Hmm...something seems to have gone wrong" Error on Almost Every response

Hi,
Since this morning, no matter what I ask, or which ChatGPT I ask, I receive the same “Hmm…something seems to have gone wrong.” error. I have erased my cookies, restarted my device, used multiple different wifi (my personal, a public, and business private. However, when I use my cell, ChatGPT works great, as long as I don’t ask questions involving uploads (.csv, .jpeg). What am I doing wrong.

I am a Plus Plan Member… Not sure have that helps explain the version I use.
