Help Needed: Error While Logging into API Dashboard

Hi everyone, good afternoon, I hope you’re all doing well. I’m trying to log in to the API Dashboard, and the message “Something went wrong while getting your SSO info” appears. Has anyone experienced this before? What should I do?

I am experiencing the same issue. Someone please help!

last time I encountered this, it was down to a network change that messed up my DNS. If you are using a VPN/proxy you should turn it off and also try a different browser

You can find other people having a similar issue over the years it seems? and the only solution shared is to add a 0 to the auth openai .com i.e. auth0. - this enables me to add a password and enter the authenticator 6 digit code - but the page then says "We ran into an issue while authenticating you. If this issue persists, please contact us through our help center at help openai "

Login / Pass / Auth are all correct. Just cannot login to the platform.

We have the exact same issue, using an incognito chrome browser and do not have Enterprise SSO.

When I do auth0 as suggested above I can type in my Password, but then it says it can’t log me in:
